MATCHCODE VERIFICATION SYSTEMS
ScanTexas offers a barcode verification system using their own MatchCode 5000 verification box. The Matchcode box will determine whether the barcode is correct for that production run. The MatchCode 5000 will indicate an error condition with flashing lights, buzzer, and a relay output to stop the line, if a barcode is read that is the wrong barcode , or no barcode is read at all.. The MatchCode 5000 has a variable noise level alarm with a max -85db. The MatchCode 5000 has a reset button, new match code button, and a power indicator light. The box is NEMA rated along with very low internal voltage of 24vdc.
