FIXED BARCODE SCANNERS are ideal for conveyor applications, or at manufacturing workstations where a hand held scanner is not convenient. Fixed scanners can scan either 1D or 2D barcodes, or a combination.  Fixed scanners are manufactured by Microscan, Symbol, and PSC.

ScanTexas MatchCode Box 5000 can be easily integrated into your system. Can work with any of the Microscan scanners such as the MS-4, MS820, MS860 and the MS890. The MatchCode Box 5000 has 3 LED lights Red, Green, and Orange. With an internal alarm adjustable from 0 to 85dB. The display will show outputs, triggers, and even the barcodes the read. The Matchcode box has easy push buttons for reset, New Master, and even a trigger button. Internally has 24Vdc plug gable relays to integrate open or closed circuitry into your system.
