ScanTexas® product return policy
ScanTexas® allows product returns according to the return policy from where ScanTexas® purchased the product from. Normally a product can be returned within 30 days if the product is in its original packaging. The product box cannot be written on as we need that product to be like new for the vendor to take it back. Zebra service contracts, software, ribbons, and labels are non returnable.
